KokoLuxe Shipping Policy

Orders are carefully inspected and packaged before shipment.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping
KokoLuxe currently ships within the United States.

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days.
Express Shipping: 1–2 business days.
Orders of $250 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Luxury & High-Value Orders
For the protection of our customers and KokoLuxe, certain luxury or high-value orders may require a signature upon delivery. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if an address correction is needed before shipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with delivery, please contact us promptly so we can assist with reviewing the shipment.
